stream magnets on rounded "corner-flo"?

Im curious if any one has tried using the streams on the cornder stle overflows made by perfecto/marineland.

Until I get the tank, I wont know how steep the angle of the curve is.

Should I try it, or avoid it?

I don't know if this will work as I haven't tried and I can't recall how steep the curve is. Maybe someone who owns one of these tanks can chime in.
