Stream Not Staying in Position

The teeth between the swivel arm and magnet mount do not seem deep enough and the stream will not stay in position. There is no build up, the teeth are clean...do others have this issue or is there a trick?

There is a part that came with your stream, it is 1/2" x 1" in size. (roughly) It has 2x drilled/tapped holes in it. Use one of the plastic screws that also came with the pump and place the rectangluar tapped part on top of the stream where the mount is. Then run the screw up through the hole in the mount and use the rectangluar part as a 'nut'. You can then tighten everything up and it won't move. Hard to explain but it works...

I just went to Lowes & bought Nylon screws & nuts to fit the hole & tighten down the teeth. Been working fine for months like this.
