Stream placement question.

Hi Roger,
Wie gehts?

I was hoping for some advice.
I have a 180 gallon tank, 6' x 2' x2'.
Currently I have a wavebox and 2 Stream pumps (6100 & 6200).
I wish to add a third.
Where would you place it in this diagram, spot #1 or spot #2 or in a different spot?

Also, how often do you recommend cleaning the float switch and "eye" on the Osmolator?

I would probably put the 6100 on the other side and add another (both corners). I would use the 6200 on the same side of the wavebox.

Hmm, I honestly haven't cleaned my optic sensors ever but if they act up a soak in vinegar should fix it.

And since I am no longer accepting new corals I might as well increase hardware.
The 6080.40 Swivel arm will allow me to adjust the direction a bit on the magnet holders right?

My sensors aren't acting up at all.
In fact, the Osmolator is one of the single greatest pieces of reef keeping hardware I have ever purchased.
They are simply AWESOME!
I just want to keep them that way. :bum:

6080.23 is actually the piece you need. It now has a stand off and that is what increases the swivel radius.

And you know me, I only leave the boards whenever I have to take an involuntarily vacation from them. :lol:

That hasn't happened in half a year, and don't plan on it happening again.
