Stream problem

Roger, I have a set of 6100 streams . I'm not sure but I think I have a driver problem . one of my streams will not work now . When I first noticed it the alarm was going off very quietly . I have swapped the blue box , and used it on the other stream , and the other transformer . It seems to try and start the 2nd stream up backwards every time for a couple of seconds . With the other driver , it works fine . If I leave the driver in question hooked up to the original stream , it doesn't even try to turn and the driver and transformer get hot . I think I need to send something in for repair , I'm just not sure what all you need . Do I send the stream and driver and transformer ?

And where do I send it to ?

I am in the process of moving so my normal 24 hr turn around cannot be promised, at most it will take 72hrs after I recieve it.

Thanks , It will probably be thursday before I can ship it out to you due to work . I Probably better send the transformer too. When it was all hooked up the transformer got pretty hot . I could smell it , that was how I found the problem . When you get it and figure out what happened to it email me please before you send it back to me .

Do you have a phone number that I can reach you at , to give you info for payment ? If its not covered under warrenty .

Ok Roger ,
I mailed my 6100 stream to you today . Notice the box , had to hunt for awhile at work to find the right sized Trutzchler box .Hehe
