Stream Rocks

Just ordered two Stream Rocks for my 6100's. Attached is a diagram of how I was going to place them. Keep in mind that my tank is a room divider viewable from 3 sides sa I want to conceal the pumps. Basically the reef is situated in the center of the tank. My plan is to place the stream rock high up on the reef near the end of the tank on either side of the rock work. One pump will blow aross the back of the tank and one will blow across the front. Is there an ideal height above the sand/rock these should be mounted at. My substrate is fine sand.

Will this work or is there a better way?

The Red is channel 1 Pump and the blue is channel 2 pump.

Looks like a good plan, I suggest you use a longer interval time between the pumps ( atleast long enought for the flow to wrap around to the other pump before fliping flow direction.
