Stream will not turn on

Well I have a 6000 stream and single controller that are 5 months old. So far the only problems I have had is calcium buildup after I discovered the alarm going off. I have been cleaning it with no problems untill today. I came home from work and found it not working. My controller has no lights on and nothing will come on no matter what I do to it. What do I do now? I think a local fish store deals with Tunze products but I did not see them listed on the website. Should I try there first and see what they recomend?

It will need to come in for repair. It likely got overloaded because it jammed and the driver box burned out.
