Streams placement

Hey, what is the best placement for a 240 gallon 8x2x2 with dual side corner overflows? And, which direction should they be pointed and what is the best controller setting for this setup?

I have a two 6100s and a 7095 controller, I am still seeing some dead spots at each end and in the middle a little.

It is largely a trial and error process. A general starting point would be one pump in each back corner aimed roughly to the front center. I would use Interval 2 with a 6 hr interval and a 3 second pulse from 30-100%.
