Streams - Surface Movement

Roger - You mention often that surface water movement using the streams closer to the surface is best. What if you have good surface movement already with SeaSwirls etc? Is it still a good idea to increase the movement with the Streams located closer to the surface? Does this make the mid and lower depth water movement more efficeint as well?

As long as you have good surface movement it is fine.
