strength of vega lights? Adding an anemone to a FOWLR?

I currently have a 280g FOWLR and have thought of adding an anemone - purple or red long tip and/or bubble tip. I am familiar with fish, but not the nems. Hoping to be able to add one to my tank but wanted to check with the resident experts here first as of course I have received mixed suggestions from the LFS's.

What strength lighting is recommended for vega lights with one of these anemones? What is the minimum strength you would use?

Any other considerations with these guys and ok to add to a FOWLR? I am sure there are prior posts/stickies to search but hoping to just sum it up here.

BTW water parameters are consistently good - no nitrates, nitrites, ammonia.

I also have a reef octopus protein skimmer and UV. Good water flow as well.

Hoping I am able to add an anemone but checking for input from the experts first.
