Stringy Poop on my False Perc, help!!

My clown has this stringy poop looking thing attached and following him...

What type of medication should I use? and can I treat the whole tank with a medicated food?

I have had good luck with this.

I soak some flakes or mysis in the gel, within a few minutes the fish takes a serious poop while they pass the parasite.
