I of course did the unthinkable
I went out and bought a clam with out researching much about them on the forms. Apperently everthing I have read points to putting the clam on a flat rock and burring the flat rock in the sand. This way it can defend its underbody from would be preadtors. Well not knowing this at fist I planted my new clam in the sand. Now that I have read this yesterday I got a flat piece of rock, but when I attempted to move the clam he has dug through my shallow sandbed and attached him self to the glass bottom. Is this ok or will its underbody still be open to preadtors?
