I also have a foxface that's about 6 inches long. He's outgrown my 80 gallon. Would trade for smaller fish or dry goods.

Question- How long did the Foxface take to grow that big? I am thinking about getting one to control my hair algae.

I bought him at around 4 inches about a year ago. I feed pretty heavily.

ahhh... I have a 150 ( 5 foot) but don't necessarily want a 6-8 inch fish in it in a year . Did he eat nuisance algae well for you?

Mine eats everything. Sounds like foxface isn't for you. If my rock work was more wide open, I'd feel better about having him in a four footer. I don't feel he's suffering now, but would rather see him have some more room.
