If that VHO ballast will run with just two bulbs, I'll take it. I may take it regardless. Let me know on the double versus quad bulb. I'll take the ph, too. I'm about to pp for the other...

I'm pretty sure these ballasts will run anything "up to" 16 feet of bulbs in any combination.

Mark me down for both (VHO's and the Rio ph). When can we hook up? Do you come past exit 66 on 24 at any time of the day? I work at Sam Ridley, so I could meet you if so. If not, I can track my happy butt back down to your house.

I am very interested in the tank and the other stuff that I have posted. Wondering if you have tried to fix the tank or are just wanting to upgrade yourself. Also wondering which seem is leaking.
