Stumped on what's on my powder blue

So yesterday morning my powder blue looked a little pale, by night time he had about 7 large pimple like white spots on his side. 3 on one side and 4 on the other. This afternoon I came home to take a look at him and the white spots are gone but I can see bumps(same color as skin)where the white spots stuck out.

He's still actively swimming around and is eating. He does brush up against the rock from time to time and his color is not as vibrant as before. He does not look to be breathing any different than before.

He is a new addition along with a kole tang and 5 lyretail anthias that were qt for a month. They all have been in my system now for 2 weeks.

Any ideas?

Can you post any pics? Did you prophylactically treat any of the fish while they were quarantined?

Freshwater dip then copper treatment with medicated food. I couldn't get a pic last night because he's so fast and today it's just the bumps/hump. The white spots were very profound last night. Coloration is better today but not much better.

The salinity was at 1.008 also

Just curious, did you do copper and hypo at the same time? Pretty sure that could be deadly and it's a no no since the drop in pH causes the copper to be more lethal.
Also it's a good idea to do a min of two treatment with prazipro In qt to rid of any flukes and worms.
At this point I wouldn't panic and just observe and see what happens but be ready to take action if needed.

Update:
Spots that I mentioned above are gone. Color has come back. He's eating nori, rods herbivore blend and mysis. All I did were some water changes and monitored.

Today after coming home from work he has cloudy eyes and I see a flat parasite hanging from his top eye lid!!!!! I can't find what kind of parasite this is? Or what my next steps should be, please help!

So I see a couple more and they are in his eyes also one on his fi .

Cloudy eye could be flukes. I would do two rounds of prazipro which works for flukes and is also a Dewormer. You could also do a fresh water dip to see what if anything falls off.
