You might want to fresh water dip them and see what turns up. Yeah I forgot to mention sundials and cone snails. Nudis scare me more because you can't see them easily.
 
Well I can't ident any pests, critters or other items picking on them. Everything else I added appears to be happy in the tank at this point in the ballgame. Including a pocliopora and a just added today acropora so I'm still stumped. Here's a pic of them.

Is that an outlet from a return or closed loop blowing on them from behind?

I had the same thing going on, it was due to high PH.
