Stupid Nudibranches!

So after 2 yrs in the hobby I came across my first pest. Last night I discovered one zoanthid eating nudibranch out and about looking for something to eat. I did my first freshwater dip tonight and got a total of six. Anyone have any recommendations on dealing with these little buggers?

More dips, look for nudi eggs, and a Yellow Coris Wrasse. It took me about 2 to 2 1/2 months to finally get them out of my tank.

I dipped all my zoas in fresh water for 3-5 minutes then gave it a vigorous shake. Dip all of them to ensure they're. All gone. Haven't seen any since. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they're not there. If your polyp is closed in light and also glowing bright neon it probably has some. They camoflauge to the zoa color too.

Thanks everyone! I will continue witht the freshwater dips on a weekly basis and keep an eye out. I did pick up a Christmas Wrasse so hopefully he will help me get rid of them along with my pyramid snails.

I ended up fighting them, but finally prevailed. I dipped every 5 days with CoralRx to kill the adults and then used tweezers to try and remove any egg sacks. Unless I saw one crawling around, then I dipped immediately. It took about 3 or 4 weeks to get rid of them all.

The dip doesn't kill the eggs, so it's a battle to kill the hatched ones before they have a chance to lay more eggs.
