Stupid question....help quick please

I am making the final pvc connections for my plumbing. Do i pvc cement the durso and the return pipe to the bulkhead on the inside? I am thinking yes for the return pipe and no for the durso, because the pressure could eventually blow the return pipe off.

No need to glue ..... just use Teflon tape.

i did not glue my durso in my bulkhead because i can take it out and clean it and clean the overflow better with the durso out. it has worked fine.

they are slip fittings. wont the tape just bunch up?

mine fits so tight that none of the above is necessary

I say abosolutely do NOT glue the durso on the inside unless its into a threaded adapter...you need to be able to remove that...there's no way you could get that/the bulkhead out if its all glued together on both sides
