submersible led light for refugium?

Hello my dear ReefCentral fellas,

I want to use a chamber in my sump as a refugium: about 4 gallon, 8 inch dept.

Do you think something like the following is sufficient for keeping plants/chaeto and grow pods:

I like it because it seems submersible and easy to setup. But I am not sure if the light will be strong enough for chaeto?

Any advices?

I would get one that hangs on the outside to keep the excess heat out of your tank. And you dont have to worry about leaks. JBJ has one that hangs on with a magnet

I think these type of submersible led light solution generate very low heat. I am more concerned about the light intensity than heat.
Do you think so?

You can grow tons of cheato and plants with a 6500K CFL in a clamp on fixture from HD for a total of $10. I do not think that led fixture with have enough power.
