Sudden death.. why?

I bought this torch about 1 week ago along with 3 other frags and everything has been doing great.. This literally happened overnight and I am looking for a cause... Here is a picture of my tank currently, it is about 4 years old with no major disasters.

ahh there is a really good link on the rapid death of euphylia, i just forgot what it is! im pretty sure its something you cant stop and just happens every once in a while like RTN for SPS, i think the only way to stop it is maybe revive dip or frag whats left?
