Sufficient Lighting for Frogspawn?

I have a 30g cube tank thats 18 high. I'm running a 150w MH and was wondering if that light is sufficient for frogspawn sitting on the sandbed?

Can't go wrong with MH's. Just be sure to acclimate the corals to the MH's depending on what lighting conditions they came from.

Frogspawn is very forgiving as far as light goes. A 150w MH will definitely penetrate enough to keep it happy. I had a frag of frogspawn on my sandbed, and my tank is 24" high. I use T5s, so no doubt the halide can do it.
