Suggestions on Setting Up Flow in My Tank

I have a 45G tank (36"x18"x18"). Now I have 1 Tunze 6000 and 1 MJ-1200 with Tunze sits on the top-left-back pointing to the top-middle-front glass and MJ sits on the top-right-back pointing to the top-middle-back glass. This creates a clockwise flow pattern in my tank. But I am not happy with this setup. This is because the Tunze is too strong that it blows all the sand in the bottom-middle-front to the back of the tank. Also, the flow in the top-center region is not sufficient.

I plan to redo the flow setup. I will buy an additional Tunze 6000 and multicontroller if it helps to improve the situation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd aim the tunze a bit offset from the front middle, so the stream has to travel a longer distance, therefore losing strength, before it hits a big obstacle (such as the glass).

Some sand shifting is ok and will eventually settle down.

Are you running the 6000 full blast or are you using a single controller to modulate the flow? Two 6000s alternating from 30-100% might make it more variable.

I'm very interested in your solution as I just ordered a custom 36Lx24Wx18H aquarium for my next SPS system. I'm switching back to sand after a few months of running BB. What particle size substrate are you using?
