Suggestions To Moving Maxima Clam

Solved my clam issue. Don't worry about how many power heads I have. I really don't have time to explain everything about my system right now but the two is fine becuase of how the programming works.

Agree with the above poster who said to put them on different sides. I also agree 2 mp40's in a 55G is way overkill, heck I have 2 mp10's in an 80 cube and I still don't have them at 100%. Also no matter what your programming is, your still just blasting them from one side.


And its not a matter of can't put them on opposite sides, it's a matter of you don't want to. And thats totally fine, it's your system, but your doing your corals some injustice by just blasting them on one side.

Can't be done, won't be done. Sorry. I have a tread about STN that shows you how the pump works. Before you comment read that.

I asked for advice on my clam not flow pattern. Won't be responding to this thread anymore unless it's clam related.

lol your funny. I don't care what kind of system you have. Having 2 mp40 on a 55 is overkill and just plain stupid. If you don't want people to comment on your system don't ask questions. Posting online is opening yourself up to comments. Also when you have a tank for years that grows and looks great then you can talk Love all the newbies on here who put 7 rocks in and 8 corals and 3 fish and think there Jason fox You know what's funny. I already knew what your comment would be before you wrote it. Thanks it made me laugh
