Suggestions wanted for new 60g setup

Hello I am looking to start a 60g cube tank. I was wondering what the "best" sumps, skimmers, and lighting are out there? I was thinking of a custom sump, tunze skimmer, and LED for lighting. I plan to have SPS corals and fish only. Any comments would be appreciated! I also really want a scribbled rabbitfish in the tank. Thoughts?

This is "the best" in the market at the moment, at least based on popular demand and customer reviews.

For sumps - ART
For skimmers - Octopus
For LEDs - Pharos

And for extra flow use Vortech powerheads. Trust me, for SPS you'll want powerheads.

For the skimmer? How is the sound? I know some are quite loud
