Sump and skimmer question for new build

I'm thinking about getting a 200 DD as my next tank after we move to KC. I will not be running a remote sump there, so what are my options for an under the tank sump? Should I go with a custom acrylic and if so what companies are you guys using (ART or others online?). I would love to see what people have underneath their tanks as this is pretty much a new venture for me.

Other than sump (drain, fuge, return chamber), I plan to fit a calcium reactor, kalk reactor, 1-2 media reactors for GFO +/- Carbon and a skimmer under the stand. Any internal skimmer suggestions for this tank size that fit under this tank?

Thanks in advance!

FYI: If you use the marineland factory stand you will be very limited in skimmers due to the low stand height.

Would a custom (higher stand) 1. Void my warranty with marineland? and 2. Fit thru a standard doorway?

If the factory stand has no bottom in it you could set it on a 2x6 frame and get an extra 6". Art sumps are awsome.

I've seen a really nice trimmed booster like this. Added benefit, it raises the tank to a more pleasant viewing height, in my opinion. This might we how I approach this.

So any good sump designs for this size tank that will allow for the rest of my gear to fit under?

1. Yes, you lose the lifetime warranty, but I believe it drops to a 1yr. Regardless, their stands are trash and I wouldn't trust one long term, especially if a sump is housed under it creating a lot of humidity. I think they just mark up the stand to cover the cost of replacing the aquarium when it fails due to the crappy stand.

2.Depends on the type of doorway and the year the house was built. My house is 20 yrs old and the front door is 36", my garage door is 32" and inside doors are 29". Very old homes may have smaller doors.
