Sump chamber help

While my fish are in the QT tank we decided to rebuild the old rotten stand and move the sump to the other side of the wall in to the garage.

It was a very old wet/dry trickle system that had duel returns, each one went into a big bioball chamber that sat on top of the sump and trickled into the bottom and was returned from the middle section.

The bioball chambers where removed and the sump box was kept and a 90 gallon was added also.

Anyone have any suggestion on how to set up the sump chambers?

Currently the plan is to have the water go to the sump chamber through so filter socks, and then in the same sump ?????. flow into the 90 gallon tank (cutting down the overflow box to about half) that will have live rock and return to the tank via the overflow. The pump is plumbed to under the 90 gallon tank.

I have an external pump that is WAY to strong (its a reeflo snapper maybe?) for my current tank that will now also be hooked to a skimmer, the skimmer does not have to be in the water though.

well got all the plumbing done and it functions, needs a little tweaking to get it quieter though.

And just in case anyone didn't know overflows are plastic glued to glass :headwalls: that took a lot longer then expected to remove.........
