Sump cleanup

Just wondered if you guys clean out your sumps? If you do how often and what does it intel. Just curious.

My water changes are the equivelent of the volume of water in my sump. So when it's water change time, I completely drain the sump, wipe it out and clean it. It's quick and easy

sounds nice, my sump is 80 gal so i use a powehead to suck out water while scrubbing, any leftovers i run thru a filterbag
