Sump desing and crystal clear water

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to reefcentral i mainly dweel on masa. Im making a 3.5 x 2.5 x 2 ft fish tank which is about 120 gallons. I'm wanting to have in my sump a decent size skimmer section and fuge and return. What i'm really wanting to know is how i should go about seperating the compartments and how should i have them set out. The fuge will be a dsb about 5-6 inches

i just used an old glass aquarium and siliconed 6mm glass panels/dividers in.They need to be smaller in width than the exact inside demension of of your sump.
