Sump flow rate for 65g BB?

Hi i am deciding on a return pump...most likely Eheim...My deltec skimmer is designed for 160 gph so the rest will go into my sump...the megaflow handles up to 600 gph i think....

my display circulation will be taken care of w/ Tunze streams...How much flow do i need for my return? The Eheim 1250 is about half the price of a 1260....if i can get away w/ only using 320 gph through the sump, i will go w/ the smaller Eheim pump...

IMHO The sump flow should be 3-5x. Based on this, net flow (with head loss) would be 195-325gph.

thanks...so you think the Eheim 1250 will be enough if i dont allow too much head loss?

1250 Hobby Pump
320 gph with a max head of 6.5 feet at 28 watts. Input 16/22 mm, output 12/16 mm.

keep vertical as short as possible & keep 90's to a minimum....those are good pumps.
