Sump flow

I have some cyano in my sump. Sump contains approx 30 lbs of rock, a ReefOctopus 150 Classic skimmer and a 720 gph return to my 90g display tank. There is no cyano in my display tank. Should I add a small powerhead to the sump area to increase flow or is it no worry as long as it's only in the sump?

Let it grow in your sump, I do that way it's not in the DT. I've got all kinds of algae in my sump but not in my DT. I've also been running my sump lights 24/7 and it's done wonders for keeping all of that in the sump.

Yeah try to get your sump/fuge to grow everything you don't want in your display, then remove it.

Rinse and repeat.
