Personally I think this isma recipe for disaster.

What is? You have to learn to DIY in this hobby. Try to buy an ATS. I bet you can't find one because they don't make them. A lot of stands are stapled together and made of thin crapy wood.

I use a 20l under my 40b I have a brs reactor and a bubble magus curve 5 still room for other stuff

The stand is for a 48 x 24 but my tank is 36 x 18. I put the center brace and side braces because my tank wont be resting on the edges and I wanted it to have supported underneath the tank. So i have one at center and then one 18" from center at each side. I overbuilt the stand but it can hold a tank up to 120G in the future. I also wanted a lip around my current tank so I could have a small working area. I have 6" at the sides and front of the tank of free space, you know so I can put my beer down

I see why you put that inner set of brackets. I was wondering about that looks good so far.
