Sump Light?

I was wondering if it matters what type of light I use for my sump? I was going to get just a normal fluorescent light but I'm not sure if it would be better to go with a PC light instead??? Does it make a difference how strong of a light you keep over a refugium, or will any light do the job?

I use an under mount cabinet light at home depot for approxiately 12 dollars with up graded light for plant growth. It seems to be doing fine since my macroalgae is over growing the refugium. A beneficial factor for my tangs.

Save yourself $ome cash and go with HD. They have great selection of work lights.
