Sump micro bubbles and skimmer problems! Help

Hi guys having some issues with my new sump and tank setup.

1 my bubble magus nac7 skimmer is nuts and always overflows! Even on max output and with that water level correct 25-27cm! I tried putting oil on the cup rim which work for 2 hours till the oil wears off!

2 when my skimmer is running not for long. The micro bubbles go under my refug section and through my bubble trap (doesn't work) and into my ocean runner return pump and into my dt! See pics for sump design

Any help would be great because I can't find a fix for eigher

Note: my sump is "backwards" drain on right return on left. Also mine is an adapted version of the diagram I.e the return pump and skimmer are internal! (Not enough room)

Mine had lots of microbubbles. Let it run they will eventually dissipate and go away. Mine was used so it took a good 24-36 hours then was done. I did not try to tune it during that period either.

I'll give it a go in the skimmer. Any takes on the micro bubbles?

I am willing to bet once your skimmer breaks in and stops going crazy, your micro bubble problem will not be quite so bad.
