hi all todY I temporairly plumbeed up my tank and as many of you would think i had some overflow noise
the way i plumbed it is as followes
from the hob overflow bow to a tee then a short peice of pipe thn a 90 deg and then a section of pipe up to above the waterline in the overflow box
(im using the house vent idea)
then using flex pipe (similar to swimmingpool hose ) down to the first chamber of my sump
now the return pump (mag 5 )
to a union then using clear reinforced pvchose to the top of the tank then 2 90 deg elbows
every thing works good
i even did unplug the return pump to see how high the water will backsiphon
i still have atleast 4 inches left un the sump after it stops
now does ne1 have any advice for me for when i plumb the system up for good?
should i use hard pvc ?
will the flex hoses be good enough?
thanks for ne advice on this
thanks thanks thanks
