Sump Question

is it possible to adjust the water level in the return pump section. what make it the height it is? probably a dumb question. im just curious because the the further the water falls the louder it will be.

If I understand you correctly, the water level in that part of the sump is determined by the total amount of water in the system.

As water evaporates from the system, the level in that part will become lower.

so when i set it up at the start the water level in the return section should be the same height as the last baffle????????????
