Sump Question

What would be the best size pump to move water from a possible 10 gallon tank up about 4 feet to a 55 gallon tank? Also, what should I use for getting water down to the sump without drilling, a wier? Lastly, does anyone have a sump for sale? I have a 10 gallon that currently houses one of my clowns (an evil tomato) and I would prefer not to add baffles to that one if I can help it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is a sump in my gallery that I could sell - Eshopps RS-75 (10 gallon). Only used it a couple weeks and then went with a larger one I got from Rhett. $50 if you are interested.

Quiet One 3000 would work, And a hang on overflow if you don't want to drill would work! 10 gal tank at Walmart very cheap.
