sump questions

i was wondering .... for your nano, could you just create a separate little aquairum, put a tunze nano skimmer/filter, tunze water regulation osmomat, heater, and make it a little refuguim, pump the water from the show aquarium to the sump/refugium and have it all be harmonious and beautiful so that nothing has to go into the real aquarium except for circulation pumps ...???? please help

Not sure exactly what you mean, but if you check out previous threads, you will see that practically anything can be and is done.
