sump/tank clownfish breeding system

Need some advice
I am getting a Sump/ Tank custom build for my clownfish breeding system
the idea is that it will be use as a sump and tank at the same time:
1- the water will return from the main breeding tank to the sump/tank
2- every fish tank divider will have teeth and will be 1'" shooter so the fish do not see each other
3- sump will be made of black acrylic except for the front panel
4- the water will over Flow from tank to tank and it will make it way back to the skimmer section them the return pump section to go bak to the main tank

the tank will be 40 x 20 x 15"

Being custom, it' probably highly dependent on who you use.
