Don't know how much time you have and how handy you are, but I built my own sump out of 1/4" acrylic and am extremely pleased with it. It was suprisingly easy to build as well.
If you are set on buying one, I'd say watch ebay/craigs list, and look for one of those low key LFSs that has a ton of used stuff laying around.

DIY it. You'll save hundreds and it will be custom for your setup.
I have built two refugiums myself now. They are pretty easy. It wasn't the prettiest thing around, but they work great. Now that i have the hang of it, I have built a lot of little things out of acrylic... After the refugium, I built a fresh water reservoir, then another container for other stuff, etc.

For acrylic, the glue you use is really unique; it is called WeldOn and comes in number, I used #4. It has about the same consistency as rubbing alcohol, and does nothing until it touches 2 pieces of acrylic. I tested the strength of the joint before I built my sump, the piece of acrylic broke before the joint.

For ease (and COST) I'd suggest just getting a glass tank the size you want the sump to be ie 20long, 30 high...etc. Then just get some glass cut at Lowes and silicone in place.... One afternoon and $50 should put you in a very nice sump. Acrylic is nice but the supplies are hard to come by and it is pretty time consuming and requires some specialty tools as well.
