sumps

Hi all! I am new to the forum, and new to the hobby. The more research I do the more excited I am to get our tank up and running. That being said, I was wondering if anyone knows if the ABC store in Syracuse sells any used sumps? OR if anyone has a 40 gallon long tank that is no more than 12" wide? Thanks

Welcome to the forum! Good to see new faces around here locally. Can't really answer your question about ABC other then to call them. Very nice people and will help you anyway possible.

they can make one for you pretty cheaply, any size. give em a call, tim always has time to answer your questions.

Welcome to the forum. I have an 2 acrylic sumps and a 20 long that is drilled low on one end.....You can come by and see my systems for some ideas....

All, I am home for the month. Carol has kept the the tank happy and the fish are fat. The corals are growing well and I probably have some fraggable stuff for those nearby. I have a 40 gallon tank that I am looking to get rid of. (We are looking to go bigger). I'll measure the sumps tomorrow for those interested. Let me know if you are looking for frags or trades....

Unfortunately, not ready for frags yet We need to get a sump so we can get our tank up and cycling. I would be interested in purchasing a sump if the measurements would work for our stand.

Is that the return? Set up for external pump? If so, that wouldn't work for me. But definately get some pics of the frags and I'll most likely be taking some of them off your hands.
