I was looking into sun corals Genus Tubastraea and had pretty much given up because I decided they were too expensive to feed. I have a low lighting tank that can not support hardly any corals that are primarily photosynthetic. I realize they have to be fed often, but how big do they get how quickly? Is there an easy way to keep food for them?
I was also very interested in the Black sun coral(Tubastraea micrantha). Most hobbyist are urged not to try these corals, but it seems the reason is because most reef tanks have too much lighting. My yellow gorgonain has simular lighting requirements and I would keep them in the same tank.
Any input or advice would be helpful.
