Sunburst Anthias swollen cheek

Need professional help on how to diagnose and cure this!

He eats like a monster and then all of a sudden this lump came out and he stopped eating. No signs of stress as he still swims around the whole tank. He is just not eating at all.

A few possibilities:

1. Bacterial infection

2. A growth under his scales (or even internally) causing external inflammation

3. If there is redness around his gills, that could be a result of ammonia burn.

With Antias I always default to uronema. They seem to be very susceptible to it. Hopefully is not that because if it is, at that stage your fish is toast.
