Glad you got them recovering The one thing that helps a lot in a situation in which you started with is to be in touching close contact reach of the same type of anemone. Like the parent would be the best of course for a transfer of zooxanthellae.
But being that they got that way from starvation and poor lighting, an easy to digest formula would be good for them also. I cant say what would be best but if you have a source for live mysis that have been fed high protein and high vitamin food this would be good. Grind into a pasty like form so there are no parts that are solid at all.
I know some people don't feed them at all and they do very well, but all have different situations also. Every tank is different.

But today my anemones have babies and split like crazy, so I know they are very happy. I would post some pics of my anemones but I am not home due to being in hospital, you could say i know what anemone feels like to be split in half haha
