Why would you not want it its awesome I got 2 many right now or I would trade something to you there pretty easy since you have the hard part done getting it to open up. put some reef complete in the food and they will ope up and eat.

You can "train" sun corals to open up for you any time you want. There are many threads here on RC, but the short version is to use cyclopeeze or some other food they can "smell" and dose the food near them at the same time everyday until they "learn" to come out at that time for you. Not trying to hijack the thread, but mine have never opened up that much, their tentacles barely extend, making them very difficult to feed. Ive had them for maybe 2 months and they are very healthy, lots of sprouting baby polyps, but when I feed they usually just extend the polyps outward and the tentacles stay mostly if not completely retracted. Any suggestions guys?
