I have twin spot sand sifting goby & I wish to add an ORA Dottyback. however, I'm concerned that it might bully my goby. I've had the goby for over a year. should I be concerned or should I be ok & add the Dottyback?

yea I know, but I need some color &I like that Dottyback. I've always understood they were aggressive, but w new fish, not established fish, but maybe that's wrong. any experiences?

Yeah I added one to my tank over a decade ago and it almost killed my 3 established fish. You want yellow and silver get a Chrysiptera rollandi.

My experience is exactly the opposite. I had a pair of these from ORA and they were perfect tankmates. I bred them and then moved them on to the lfs and he kept them with mandarins and other such peaceful fish and they never showed any signs of territoriality or aggression what so ever.
As I say these were captive bred and it is believed that wild caught are more territorial but I wouldn't hesitate to get another one.

I'm sure that as dotties have different personalities you will have other opinions but I'd say its worth a go.

thanks, I know they can be aggressive, but just wanted you hear if anyone had good experiences w them or only bad? if I get one, it'll be ORA tank bred.
