+2. I have been having issues with a BK Mini200 and he dealt with Proline and got me headed in the right direction for getting answers, parts, and a contact to deal with the problem. I normally don't give out alot cudos but PA has always taken care of me with excellent customer service. Thanks to both Jeremy and Josh.
