Super glue or epoxy putty for frags?

I do a lot of super gluing acropora frags from my display tank and putting them into a seperate frag tank. Are there problems with excessive use of super glue or epoxy? I have noticed that the acropora frags in the frag tank don't react well if I add 40 "“ 60 new, freshly super glued, frags to the tank. I have been going through a lot of super glue lately, and things haven't been going that great in my frag tank, which is why I am asking this question. If I am going to continue doing this in large quantities, would one (super glue or epoxy) be better than the other. Or, should I perhaps avoid them both and find another way to attach the frags?

the problem you will be finding is not the glue but

1. adding that many stressed coral releasing defence mech's
2. adding that many plugs at once - ocean wonders even state a guideline for how many plugs to add at once. THis is one reason i prefer ceramic plugs over arognite, other reason seem easier to get SG to adhere to it.

PS i find acro work better/encrust quicker with SG and monti work better with putty
