I spoke with the seller, and he said the frag had been in the shade in his frag tank for a while. Mine is really coloring up in my tank. For the first several days it looked like Highsides -- but it is now becoming very bright and is close to the advertised pic. I think it'll be fully colored up over the next few days the way it is going.

Yes lighting and acclimation definately play a part. That is good news!
