Supplemental Lighting Recommendation

I have a 150g DT that is currently lit with 2 400w Reeflux 12000k bulbs in LumanBright pendants. I love these lights, HOWEVER, I want to add some inexpensive supplemental actinics. I don't want to spend a ton of money so I have been considering the Odyssea T-5s from AquaTraders. I know this brand/company has had some major issues in the past with their metal halides and their customer service. I have also heard that these issues have since been addressed. Can anyone give me an opinion about their other lighting fixtures? I am more interested in the T-5s but am also considering the PCs as well.
