supplied TUNZE brackets

who uses the supplied brackets which come w/ TUNZE streams? i just ordered a 6000 and plan on using bracket, but now hear they are a PITA...just looking to hear why...i plan on using a magnet on next 6000 since it will be positioned lower, instead of higher, hung off bracket like the 1 i should receive wed...

You need a degree to put them together , dont look at pictures just screw them together untll you get the magnets.

They are a simple design and are quite sturdy, I don't know why people are so confused by them. My only gripe is that they don't come with the longer screw for American aquarium mounting, this should be standard on pumps sold in the U.S.

They do come standard with the longer screws now. They are complicated because there an overwhelming number of build styles for aquariums worldwide and it is a compromise to build something that can fit every type of tank design. In my gallery I have pics of assembled holders on Oceanic tanks.
