yep, called and left email Thursday. I did get a robo email back saying they got the email and I called late and they are closed on Fridays according to the answering machine. My question was upgrading a Gen 1 to Gen 3 XR30 that I have owned for about a month - but also wanted the fan replaced or fixed as it was getting loud. I don't want to sent the light to them for the retro -fit until I speak with someone about costs, etc. for the fan service. So, I guess I will wait for them to contact me. Anybody replace this fan by themselves- fan cost, difficulty?
Edit: OK , the website has replacement fan cost= $25 - wonder how much they will charge for labor? The light is less than 3 years old = I hope the next fan last longer than that. I think the prior owner of the light did not clean the fan "ever"- so in all fairness - NOT really Ecotech's issue.
